LOOK OF THE DAY SERIES INSPIRATION
This week’s daily look of the day series inspiration came from my recent trip Palm Springs for Alt Summit. It was a week long educational conference for creative entrepreneurial women. Any Cali girls out there reading this?!? If so then you know Palm Springs is a very special place! It was my first time to both Palm Springs and ALT but I did my research! I knew the style game was going to be strong!
Truth be told I started planning my ALT looks over the summer when I initially signed up for the conference. And thank goodness I did… with our recent move, things were a bit hectic trying to do all the things.
FAVORITE DESIGNERS
Monday’s and Friday’s dresses are by two of my favorite designers, Dodo Bar OR and Rachel Antonoff. They do tend to be on the pricey side but if you stalk the websites long enough you can often catch a sale. And Monday’s dress is now on Rent the Runway!
I happened to see a few orange and lemon trees in Los Angles on our way to Palm Springs. And I’m slightly obsessed with two-piece sets… so there’s that. Whether in style or not neon and tie-dye always have a place in my heart! We happened to pop into Target during our Palm Springs stay and I found Wednesday’s crop sweatshirt. For only $22 it was mine and I slide it into this week’s series thinking maybe some of you love a little ti-dye too!
