I always have my eye out for unique pieces to add to my collection.  This dress caught my eye months ago as a possible option for the horse races.  Unfortunately, at the time my size was not available but I never gave up looking!  I recently found the “Making Waves” dress at a local boutique: Chloe Grace Boutique. (The have beautiful dresses) And I am absolutely in love with this dress!!!  Each dress is unique because of how the color blocking is laid out on the fabric. The fabric is excellent quality and a substantial weight.  The dress cut is fitting at the top with a full skirt perfect for twirling and dancing AND most of all it has pockets (a persona; fav!). You can easily pop a variety of colors with shoes and a clutch…I went cobalt blue but I’m on the lookout for mustard yellow.
