DECK THE HALL WITH FALL
Fall is officially here, and we arrived in Wellsboro, PA just in time for peak fall foliage. The vibrant hues of reds, oranges, yellows, and greens are truly breathtaking. I’m sure I have taken over 300 pictures of just the trees trying to capture their beauty. As much as I’m sad to leave summer I’m almost equally happy about settling into the fall season. Other than Christmas, it is my favorite time of year to decorate. Which is why I thought I would switch things up a bit and share some Stylish and Affordable Fall Decor.
DECOR OF THE DAY
I can’t wait to see what you think of the Décor of the Day! I tried to select a little something for everyone. The first décor style is centered around black and white checkered pattern. This print can live in your homes style all year round. And easily be styled for October, November, and December by switching out small accent pieces. The pink décor style is a non-traditional take on fall. Its classic, feminine and can be styled for spring too. Just swap the pumpkins for easter eggs! The orange and Halloween décor styles are more traditional/expected for fall.
When I invest in home décor pieces, I prefer to buy pieces that will live on in our home and evolve with my décor style. I don’t always style the same pieces the same way year after year. The fun part is pulling out my décor bin of goodies or ghoulies in the case of Halloween and decorating from scratch. But the key is not having to buy all new items each season.
