Growing up my Mom and Dad created so many wonderful holiday traditions for our family. Some of the most memorable were around Christmas and to this day we still celebrate almost all of them from when we were children. One of my most favorite family traditions is the matching pj’s. My sister and I used to wake up on Christmas morning to find a gift that Santa left us at the foot of the bed. Inside was always a brand new pair of pajamas with a note from Santa telling us to put them on before coming down stairs. It became something special that we used to, and still do, look forward to. Now that my sister and I are both married we have to share our holidays but every year we have Christmas at my parents we still wake up to find a package with brand new matching pj’s at the foot of the bed. This year for our family pj’s I picked out a couple I liked and my hubby thought it was only fitting we went with the “Don’t Moose With Me” since Kade’s nickname is Moose! But, tomorrow Santa will be surprising my entire family with a new set of matching pj’s and I can’t wait to see them especially little ones for Kade.
