My family hosted a baby shower for me a few weekends back at my house on November 5th. Having the shower at my home may have been a little more work on the expectant Momma (me) but SO worth it to not have to pack up all the wonderful gifts and travel home with them. For the beginning of November we lucked out and had sunny 60 degree weather. The shower was predominantly on our back patio with simple but beautiful decor from Shelly’s Blossom Shop. The theme for the shower was woodland and buffalo plaid which matches our little boy’s nursery theme.

acorn bites (mini nutter butter cookies & hershey kisses)

My husband made the building blocks for this game but you can purchase them online or at local craft stores. We had letter and number stencils available for guests to use as well as free hand.
Prizes were champagne bottles in adorable buffalo plaid gift bags
Guests had the option to participate in the onesie game… where guests bring a onesie and I chose my favorite top three! Very cute idea where we received a variety of sizes and onesies to get us started for our little boy.
