It just wouldn’t be summer without 100-degree weather, pool parties, beach weeks, lounging at the lake, and GIRL’S WEEKEND! Can you guess what the one essential item is for all of those? Yup, you guessed it, colorful swimsuits perfect for summer fun! But dang, finding a stylish suit in your favorite color that actually looks good on your body is like finding a needle in a haystack or believing that unicorns do exist.

To take the pressure off finding the “perfect” swimsuit I recommend shopping online. That might sound crazy since you have to try on swimwear but trying them on in the comfort of your home is much better than a fitting room. I started doing this years ago and it has worked out great. When ordering online you will want to keep a few things in mind, the return policy and shipping. Triple check the return policy (especially on bathing suits) and see if the retailers offer free shipping AND free returns. Free returns are really important because most likely you would be ordering a bunch to try and plan to return most of them.
BIKINI REVIEWS
Below you’ll see of my favorites like no. 3 in the red series and no. 1 in the rainbow series. No. 3 in the red series is a complete show stopper! If you want a few compliments this is the one! The oversized ruffle is so unique, it’s bound to catch everyone’s eye. The bottom is high waisted and a bit cheeky, if that’s not your style swap out the bottom for another. Also, use sunscreen, which you should already, but this top will give you terrible tan lines. No.1 in the rainbow series is the Tory Burch dupe (also linked below) and the one I’m wearing here. Both of these are currently available and extremely affordable at under $30 for the set!

I’m currently hunting for one or two new swimsuits for an upcoming girls’ weekend. It’s less than a month away and I can’t wait! Even though it’s just me and the girls, I want to look super cute… you know for all the pictures lol! I’m planning to order the no.1 in the blue and purple series, no. 4 in the pink series, and possibly no. 3 in the yellow. I’ll keep you updated on my reviews for the ones I order.
