What’s On My Mind…. Cruisin’ in Kade’s Veer Gear Cruiser! Our family loves spending time in the outdoors.  My appreciation and love for the outdoors started at a very young age, growing up hiking, biking, camping, and canoeing with my parents. So much so that I want to give Kade all of these experiences in hopes that he enjoys spending time in Mother Nature’s playground as much as I do!

We are pretty fortunate that there are a handful of National Parks surrounding the Baltimore area full of hiking trails and water activities. When the weather is nice we typically visit our outdoor trails one or two times a week.  Previously we have relied on our ergo baby carrier to hold Kade on our hikes. However, now he is so active and wants to explore on his own, constantly getting him in and out of the carrier is kind of a pain.  And let’s be honest Kade is getting bigger which also means he is getting heavier!!! So I started looking for something wagon-esque that we could take “off road”. I figured there had to be something out there other than the “little red wagon”. Don’t get me wrong the iconic red wagons are super cute and built well but they are for sidewalks and paved paths.  We need something that’s indestructible and built to perform on any terrain .

After about a day or two of searching I came across the Veer Cruiser – it was one of those “AHHHHH” moments! Just from the first look of the cruiser without reading the product description or reviews I thought it looked rugged and completely bada**!

It is an investment but completely worth it! I love everything about the Veer Cruiser!!  Its rugged, compact, easy to assemble, easy to setup/breakdown, easy to add the attachments., easy to navigate… basically it is amazing! We surprised Kade with his cruiser for his first birthday and now tease that he has the nicest wheels in the house!

We have had our cruiser out a handful of times and both my husband and I have been completely impressed.  It handled the trails with rocks, mud, and tree roots with ease!  Even in the city on the cobblestone streets the cruiser’s performance was amazing… you know its a good sign when your little one is smiling and laughing during the ride!
