Mother’s Day MOMBSHELL Brunch Photo Shoot

As I sit here on my couch about to publish this blog post I can’t help but laugh a little. I’m living vicariously through these Mother’s Day Mombshell Brunch photos because my Mother’s Day was anything but glamorous. We got back from the beach late morning and since then I’ve been checking off my domestic goddess chores. Not exactly how I planned on spending the day, but dreary weather and a busy week ahead I’d just rather get it done then let all the to-do’s pile up. So this was a no makeup, messy hair in a bun, wearing mismatched workout gear kind of day! Oh, and I had to change twice… first, Kade wiped his food all over my shirt, and second, because I scrubbed our shower and just had to take those clothes off afterward. Again, just laughing a little to myself… I didn’t even leave the house and I went through three outfits!

It feels like forever ago but I think it was only last week when I got all glammed up to spend the afternoon with these lovely ladies for a Mother’s Day Mombshell Brunch styled shoot! We had so much fun sipping champagne, eating cake and sharing some of our Motherhood stories. Thankfully, when I spend time with my Mom friends we are able to share our thoughts and experiences in a non-judgement welcome way. It’s really important to remember each Mom is different, our children are different, and its freaking hard to be a Mom. As Moms, we should be celebrating and supporting each other because only we truly know how much time, love, dedication, effort and selflessness it takes to raise our children.
