Beauty and Health Summer Guide

Maintaining healthy habits for your skin, hair, and body can sometimes be difficult during the summer. We tend to spend countless hours in the sun, swimming in pools with chlorinated water, visiting different climates, staying up way past our bedtime, and indulging in tasty drinks and treats. With this in mind I’m sharing my absolute must have items in this comprehensive Beauty and Health Summer Guide.

These items are essential for my hair, skin and body in all the summer elements and indulges. It’s hard to believe but summer is just around the corner, although in my mind summer started Memorial Day weekend. So I’m stocking up now in preparation for summer parties, vacations, Father’s Day, July 4th and so much family fun!

Many of the items included in this beauty and health summer guide I’ve been using for years! Some products like the Youngblood Mineral Powder and Clarins liquid foundation for over 10 years! You know that question… “If you were stranded on an island and could only bring two beauty items what would they be?”. Well mine would be these two! I wholeheartedly prefer not to live without them. Some of the other healthy snack items are recently new to me but I love them! They are great meal replacements or snacks for an on-the-go summer. A great summer snack tip is to eat a protein bar before arriving at a picnic or party. I always stash a quest or atkins bar in my bag. That way I’m not as hungry or the first person running to the food table!
