Woohoo! Lavender Looks for Summer are launching early! Usually my blog posts go live on Sundays but I’m switching it up and going live today! Why? Well I posted a teaser video of this week’s outfit inspiration and received so many requests for links I thought I’d put it out there for you early rather than make you wait.
Lavender, violet, and purple hues really caught my attention a few seasons back. As 50+ shades of purple began to trend I quickly realized how deprived my closet collection was of these beautiful colors. Since then I’ve pretty much been on a lavender alert adding pieces here and there to my wardrobe. And not just your traditional garments but rather statement pieces like a jumpsuit, standout maxi dress, and a preppy meets boho two piece set. As I pulled these lavender looks for summer together I knew I had to style them for you too!
You’ll see a variety of looks from workout wear, to brunch attire, to wedding guest dresses. For these outfits I initially styled lavender pieces. I however love a good pop color. Yellow, pink, and blue are a few of my favorite colors to coordinate with lavenders. You could easily swap out a sandal, clutch, or jewelry set to bring a little more pop to these looks.
