Any day is a good day to wear a tulle tutu especially when its your birthday!!! I have been looking forward to wearing this outfit for weeks because I am completely head over heals for this mint tulle skirt!!! When it arrived I immediately ran upstairs to try it on and twirled around and around. I become attached to many of my outfits – they are tied to my memories. I remember where and when I wore them and how they made me feel. Sometimes I style my looks based on how I want to feel.
