DID SOMEONE SAY P I Z Z A ! ! !
Tonight all three of us ventured out for a family date night at MidiCi pizzeria for dinner and drinks! It wasn’t too hard to convince Spencer to go out on a work night… the weather was perfect for an evening outside. It worked out well because MidiCi is really close to our house in the White Marsh town center. Which also happens to be conveniently located next to the center grass courtyard… perfect for playing.
Kade, Spencer and I all love pizza and each have our favorites. I prefer fluffy dough, a substantial crust, preferably filled with cheese, light sauce and extra cheese toppings. Spencer likes a thin crust with just a just a sprinkling of cheese and meat toppings, and Kade likes pepperonis.
MidiCi was delicious …. more delicious than I even expected and while pizza is a menu staple they also offer a variety of other yummy goodness! We started the evening with a few different charcuterie boards, then some Italian salads, a couple summertime bevies and then pizza of course! The owners were telling us that they bring in their tomatoes and cheeses in from Italy. I swear I could tell the difference… their sauce tasted fresh {not as processed with sugars like many pizza chains in the area}.
Their summer cocktail offering was unique and refreshing. We tried the, Italian Sour, Tequila Mojito, and the opposing pair of Angel’s Margarita and Devil’s Margarita. One was light and sweet, while the other had a spicy kick!
If you’re in the area I highly recommend a family date night at MidiCi pizzeria. Whether it’s you and your family, your date or friends you are bound to have a great time sipping fun cocktails and eating some delicious bites!
DATE NIGHT STYLE
The evening temps were perfect… a nice 75-80 degrees with no humidity. I wore a Satin Candy Striped Maxi dress and Kade coordinated with his red striped Under Armour Polo.
