When you think about buying a new bathing suit do you jump for joy or want to hide under your covers? I think it’s pretty safe to say that shopping for swimwear can have its up and downs. Finding bathing suits that flatter your figure is the first hurdle. The second hurdle might be the cost, some bathing suits can be over $100. But staying cool and stylish this summer doesn’t have to break the bank! That’s why this week’s blog post is dedicated to high waisted bikinis under $45! Yup, that’s right all of the swimwear in this blog post in under forty-five dollars!
The last time I really did a new swimwear haul was after having my son, which was 4 years ago. I’ve purchased one or two over the past couple of years but could definitely replace a few. I enjoyed styling these looks for you so much so that I got three of the high waisted bikinis under $45 for myself. And of course am sharing them with you too!
Be sure to check out my reviews below. Under each swimsuit I’m wearing I share my feedback sizing, material and how they fit my body.
As always please feel free to leave a comment, send me an email or DM if you have any specific questions on the looks below. I always welcome feedback and suggestions for what you would like to see styled next!
LEMON BIKINI NOTES:
Adorable! The print and colors are very pretty together. I’m wearing a size LG and the bottoms fit great. They are a little cheeky but not as extreme as most. The tops fits but probably could use a medium but for the price it is a wonderful bikini.
RUFFLE BIKINI NOTES:
This was love at first sight for me! I’m completely obsessed with the powerful ruffle shoulders. The ruffles are pretty structured which I prefer. The back is a black tie and the bottoms give you full coverage. I’m also wearing a large here and it fits great.
STRIPED BIKINI NOTES
This one was a wild card for me. I wasn’t sure if I was going to like it but I really love the colors together. I’m wearing a size large and the bottoms work well. The top however is a bit big. The price is too good so I’m going to safety pin it and try to find a seamstress. I like the side bow detail until I wore this tubing. Its long and gets weighted down. I originally bought this suit for paddle boarding… I’m not sure if the side bow will now be bothersome. All in all a nice suit for the $$$.
