Hard to believe it was a month ago when we ventured into the woods with Maewood Photography to find our own perfect winter wonderland. Living in Maryland we tend to have a few snow storms pass through each winter. However, lately our temperatures have been uncharacteristically warm. In my dreams I wished for a snow covered maternity shoot but honestly can not believe it really happened!!!! Originally I was planning on having a few dresses for our photos but thankful I just chose one since it was SO cold!! I did however with help from my aunt create two unique looks for our photos by changing accessories. (A few posts back you can see more of our maternity pictures where I wore a fur shawl and an ornate flower crown with turkey feathers). For this look I borrowed a mint crushed velvet cape which my aunt had made several years back and paired it with a flower crown from Sew Trendy Accessories.
