Do you remember what it was like getting dressed for work everyday? Let alone remember how to dress for work?! LOL…it’s been so long it is easy to forget! Since many of us are slowly heading back into work environments this week’s Look of the Day series is inspired by summer Desk to Drinks Outfits. Depending on your occupation you’ll find most of these looks to be business casual appropriate and easily styled for evening fun!
GETTING DRESSED FOR WORK
Recently while visiting family in NC I had the opportunity to shop a local boutique The Gator Bug. They are a family owned and operated women’s clothing and accessory shop with two locations in NC. Additionally they have an e-commerce shop too. I fell in love with so many items I wish I could have bought everything! But one of my favorite pieces was the highly coveted Ella Dress. I have been crushing on this dress for some time and the vibrant pink and green print finally helped me seal the deal. Naturally I wanted to style this dress for you too!
Another fun find was Friday’s look from the recent Target x Lisa Marie Fernandez designer collections. I did find this collection to run a tad on the larger side. I typically wear a medium but in her collection I would opt for a small in most of the dresses.
Thursday’s look was a fan favorite! I received tons of comments on this look! The top is from Amazon and practically a steal! The price is almost to good to be true!
